A fire flow test offers precise pressure and flow measurements obtained from designated fire hydrants within the City of Pomona's Water Distribution System. Please email the completed form to the Water Resources Department for processing. Include the appropriate LA County Fire Department Form 195 or Form 196 with your submission.
