The Water Resources Department is pleased to offer residents with a free, personalized water conservation kit. By choosing easy-to-install, water-saving devices, you can make a difference by saving water and lower your monthly water bill in the process!

Program Eligibility (at a glance)

1. Must be a resident of the City of Pomona

2. The program is limited to one kit per household, while supplies last

3. This program is available in all City of Pomona service areas

4.The customer must travel to pick up the kit

We are currently offering the following water-saving devices:

• Toilet Fill Valve
• Toilet Flapper
• Toilet Leak Detection Dye Tablets
• Soil Moisture Meter
• Watering Hose Timer
• Water Hose Nozzle

Ready to save water with a Water Conservation Kit?

Fill out the Water Conservation Kit application online! Once submitted, a member of the City of Pomona’s Water Conservation team will review the application for eligibility and completeness. When the water conservation kit is ready, you will receive an e-mail or phone call confirming pick-up instructions.
