Welcome to the City of Pomona Building & Safety’s Online Inspection Request

Please see the following requirements and complete the form below.

• Inspections are conducted Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm                                                                   City Hall is CLOSED on FRIDAYS

• If requesting a next business day inspection, the request form must be submitted before 4:00pm

• Any request form submitted after 4:00pm, will be scheduled in 2 business days

• For MONDAY inspections, request form must be submitted on THURSDAY by 4:00pm

• Depending on the amount of inspections, the Requested Time Frame is NOT guaranteed. We will try to accommodate your request

• All after hour inspections will need to be requested at the Building and Safety counter 48 hours in advance (extra fees will apply)

If you would like to confirm on the day of your request, you may view the Daily Inspection List on the Building and Safety Division page on the City website 

Holiday Closure Notification

Due to the City’s holiday closure, the Building & Safety Division will be CLOSED from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Sunday, January 4, 2026.
During this period, NO INSPECTIONS will be available—either online or through the phone system.

Regular inspection scheduling will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Notificación de Cierre por los Días Festivos

Debido al cierre por los días festivos de la Ciudad, la División de Construcción y Seguridad estará CERRADA desde el Miércoles, 24 de Diciembre de 2025 hasta el Domingo Enero 4, 2026.

Durante este período, NO HABRÁ INSPECCIONES disponibles, ni en línea ni por medio del sistema telefónico.
La programación regular de inspecciones se reanudará el Lunes, 5 de Enero de 2026.
