Resolution 2024-41 - March 24, 2024, the submission to the qualified voters of the City of Pomona an initiative charter amendment requiring at least ten percent of the City's annual unrestricted general purpose revenues to be allocated to children and youth programs and services, at the municipal general election to be held on November 5, 2024. 

Resolution 2025-09 - January 5, 2025, the amendment to FY2024-25 operating budget by appropriating $1,645,780 from General Fund Reserves and transferring to the Pomona Fund for Children and Youth.

Resolution 2025-49 - April 21, 2025, the implementation policy pursuant to Section 4 of the Pomona Kids First Initiative: The Pomona Fund for Children and Youth. It provides clearer interpretation of the Measure, establishment of procedures, and reconciliation of the Measure and the law.

Ordinance 4356 - May 5, 2025, sunsets the Youth Commission to provide expanded opportunities for  youth on the Accountability Board.
