Rent Stabilization Ordinance 4359 is Effective Beginning January 1, 2026

Introduction: On November 17, 2025, the City Council approved the second reading of the updated Rent Stabilization and Eviction Control Ordinance. The updated ordinance will take effect on January 1, 2026. The City of Pomona has adopted Ordinance No. 4359 (“Ordinance”), updating its Rent Stabilization Ordinance.
