Community Needs Meeting

Development of the FY 2026-27 Annual Action Plan

The City of Pomona is in the process of developing its Annual Action Plan for FY 2026-27.  The Annual Action Plan will identify the priorities for investing Federal funds and the activities to be undertaken.  Funding will primarily be from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs.

All Pomona residents are invited to join a Community Needs Meetings to share their thoughts. These meetings will assist in identifying the City's needs and funding priorities for the CDBG, HOME, and ESG programs. The Community Needs Survey will be open from June 2, 2025 through December 31, 2025 to gather information on housing, human services, public infrastructure, and community development activities for low to moderate-income persons.
